Registration

Registration Rates

  • Title X clinicians, UMKC nursing faculty, CTCFP preceptors - $175
  • Advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, nurses, administrators - $225
  • Physicians - $350
  • Graduate students - $125

A 20% discount on conference registration fees is available for groups of three or more participants from the same organization. The discount applies only to the conference registration rate.  Optional sessions, late fees, etc will be priced as listed.  All members of the group must be registered at the same time to be eligible for the group discount.  Register online.  Enter the first group member’s information.  You’ll be given the option of adding additional group members later in the online registration process.

Registration deadline is March 2nd. A $40 late fee will be applied to registrations received after the deadline.

Policies

Participation – Only registered conference participants may attend Women’s Health Care Symposium educational sessions.

Refund/Cancellation – A refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be available if requested in writing and received by 3/2/12.  No refunds will be made after that date.  Another participant may take the place of the registered participant if notification is provided in writing prior to the conference.  A fee for returned checks will apply.  UMKC School of Nursing reserves the right to cancel this event and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of UMKC is limited to the registration fee.  UMKC will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
